Conference and Civic Centre

Retail space is incorporated on the ground floor of the development for a full size sit down restaurant and a coffee shop.
On-site secure parking is provided in a large parking facility underneath the complex, which features secure parking for authorized monthly parkers, and hourly and daily parking for visitors and guests.
Bicycle parking and end of trip facilities, including showers and lockers, are provided for tenant use.

Private patios and balconies are provided on select floors for tenant use.
Anvil Centre Office Tower will be managed from an on-site building management office with janitorial, maintenance and security personnel available to handle tenant needs.

Restaurants in the immediate area include The Boathouse, Boston Pizza, the Spaghetti Factory and the smaller restaurants in the Shops at New West Skytrain Station. Ample opportunity exists around Anvil Centre Office Tower for local walks and recreation. A riverfront boardwalk extends along the Fraser River, adjacent to the River Market and Westminster Quay neighbourhood.
